Avec une capacité considérable de 30 litres ou moins, le Heinzelmann CHEF-S convient à la cuisson sous vide de divers plats et aliments. Le goût, la texture et les nutriments sont tous préservés lorsque vous choisissez la cuisson sous vide. Cette façon de cuisiner est très silencieuse et l'appareil sous vide ne fait quasiment aucun bruit.

Heinzelmann CHEF-S crée des aliments avec moins de graisse et de sel. Les produits ne brûlent pas et ne se séparent pas car l'eau ne dépasse pas 99ºC. En cuisant les plats sous vide à une température constante, ils ne se dessèchent pas non plus.

What makes CHEF-S different?

The performance of the heater defines the quality of Sous Vide Stick of CHEF-S gets a Ni800 coating.

Ni800 Nickel 800 Alloy has a higher content of Chromium (Cr) and Nickel (Ni), which makes it have better corrosion resistance caused by oxidation in high temperature environments.

Less oxidation means less opportunity creating extra layer covered on heater, keep heat transfer effectively.

FONCTIONNEMENT SIMPLE ET INTUITIF

1. Power

Press this button to wake up the machine and enter standby mode, ready to work, at this time, the Displays will shows the current temperature and the last working process’ set working hours.

2. Temperature Unit Switch Button

Press on “ °C / °F” to select the temperature display unit of the machine. There are two temperature units of Celsius and Fahrenheit
to choose from.

3. Temperature, Time Setting

Press on this button to switch between the temperature and time

4. Adjustment Button + -

Press on (3) to select the temperature or time to be adjusted, then use the “+” and “-” buttons.

5. Start/Stop Button

First Press , the machine starts working.
(wait for target temperature to be reached)
Second Press , the time begins to count down.
(flashing of “ : ”)
Third Press , the machine stops working, back
to standby mode.
