MAKİNE İLE TANIŞIN

30 litre veya daha düşük önemli bir kapasiteye sahip olan Heinzelmann CHEF-S, çeşitli yemeklerin ve gıda maddelerinin sous vide pişirilmesi için uygundur. Sous vide pişirmeyi seçtiğinizde tadı, dokusu ve besin değerleri korunur. Bu pişirme yöntemi çok sessizdir ve sous vide cihazı neredeyse hiç ses çıkarmaz.

Heinzelmann CHEF-S daha az yağ ve tuz kullanılan yiyecekler hazırlar, su 99ºC'den daha fazla ısınmadığı için ürünler yanmaz veya ayrılmaz. Vakumla paketlenmiş yemekler sabit bir sıcaklıkta pişirildiklerinden kurumazlar.

Ni800 Nickel 800 Alloy daha yüksek Krom (Cr) ve Nikel (Ni) içeriğine sahiptir, bu da yüksek sıcaklıktaki ortamlarda oksidasyonun neden olduğu daha iyi korozyon direncine sahip olmasını sağlar.

Daha az oksidasyon, ısıtıcı üzerinde ekstra katman oluşturma fırsatının daha az olması anlamına gelir, ısı transferini etkili bir şekilde tutar.

KOLAY VE SEZGISEL KULLANIM

1. Power

Press this button to wake up the machine and enter standby mode, ready to work, at this time, the Displays will shows the current temperature and the last working process’ set working hours.

2. Temperature Unit Switch Button

Press on “ °C / °F” to select the temperature display unit of the machine. There are two temperature units of Celsius and Fahrenheit
to choose from.

3. Temperature, Time Setting

Press on this button to switch between the temperature and time

4. Adjustment Button + -

Press on (3) to select the temperature or time to be adjusted, then use the “+” and “-” buttons.

5. Start/Stop Button

First Press , the machine starts working.
(wait for target temperature to be reached)
Second Press , the time begins to count down.
(flashing of “ : ”)
Third Press , the machine stops working, back
to standby mode.
