Con una capacidad considerable de 30 litros o menos, el Heinzelmann CHEF-S es adecuado para cocinar al vacío varios platos y alimentos. El sabor, la textura y los nutrientes se conservan cuando eliges la cocción al vacío. Esta forma de cocinar es muy silenciosa y el aparato sous vide casi no hace ruido.

Heinzelmann CHEF-S crea alimentos con menos grasa y sal se utiliza en la preparación, los productos no se queman ni se separan ya que el agua no se calienta a más de 99ºC. Al cocinar los platos envasados al vacío a una temperatura constante, tampoco se secan.

Ni800 Nickel 800 Alloy tiene un mayor contenido de Cromo (Cr) y Níquel (Ni), lo que le confiere una mayor resistencia a la corrosión causada por la oxidación en ambientes de alta temperatura.

Moins d'oxydation signifie moins d'occasions de créer une couche supplémentaire sur l'élément chauffant, ce qui permet de maintenir un transfert de chaleur efficace.

FUNCIONAMIENTO SIMPLE E INTUITIVO

1. Power

Press this button to wake up the machine and enter standby mode, ready to work, at this time, the Displays will shows the current temperature and the last working process’ set working hours.

2. Temperature Unit Switch Button

Press on “ °C / °F” to select the temperature display unit of the machine. There are two temperature units of Celsius and Fahrenheit
to choose from.

3. Temperature, Time Setting

Press on this button to switch between the temperature and time

4. Adjustment Button + -

Press on (3) to select the temperature or time to be adjusted, then use the “+” and “-” buttons.

5. Start/Stop Button

First Press , the machine starts working.
(wait for target temperature to be reached)
Second Press , the time begins to count down.
(flashing of “ : ”)
Third Press , the machine stops working, back
to standby mode.
