As a chef, it always surprised me that there was no professional thermoblender available. My idea was therefore to develop a professional thermoblender myself. At the end of last year (2021) I saw a photo of the CHEF-X on social media and my attention was immediately aroused.
After research on the internet into a Dutch importer, it turned out that there was no importer anywhere in Europe yet. On the same day when I sent an email to Heinzelmann for more information, it turned out that two Dutch chefs had also approached Heinzelmann to ask when the CHEF-X would come to THE NETHERLANDS and mentioned our company as a potential seller.
After some e-mails back and forth and a pleasant conversation with Toby on Teams, we decided to bring over the first two test machines for Europe. We first tested the CHEF-X extensively ourselves and we were super surprised by the power and the easy operation. We then expanded our research to 15 starred chef friends and 8 catering companies to have the CHEF-X tested. After this period, 76.5% of the testers turned out to be very positive about the Heinzelmann and we decided to become the Benelux importer.
The CHEF-X is not comparable to other thermo blenders on the market and I can know it, because during my active career as an executive chef I have purchased at least 15 thermoblenders. The power, simple operation and quality are many times better than the competitors. You can’t help but fully support the CHEF-X and I am proud that we can distribute the Heinzelmann CHEF-X in the Benelux.
The SMOKER is the most interesting accessory in my opinion, with which you can add a light smokey taste to your product. But also very handy is that all parts of the CHEF-X are available separately.
The CHEF-X is a real all-rounder and is used in the Benelux from simple eateries to 3 Michelin star restaurants. The nice thing is that the CHEF-X is not only used in restaurants, but also in a laboratory and in the development kitchen of a company that produces vegan cheeses.
