Se značnou kapacitou 30 litrů nebo méně je Heinzelmann CHEF-S vhodný pro sous vide vaření různých pokrmů a potravin. Chuť, textura a živiny zůstanou zachovány, když zvolíte vaření sous vide. Tento způsob vaření je velmi tichý a sous vide spotřebič nevydává téměř žádný hluk.

Heinzelmann CHEF-S vytváří potraviny s menším množstvím tuku a při přípravě se používá méně soli, výrobky se nepřipalují ani neoddělují, protože voda se neohřívá na více než 99 ºC. Vařením vakuově balených pokrmů při konstantní teplotě také nedochází k jejich vysychání.

What makes CHEF-S different?

The performance of the heater defines the quality of Sous Vide Stick of CHEF-S gets a Ni800 coating.

Ni800 Nickel 800 Alloy has a higher content of Chromium (Cr) and Nickel (Ni), which makes it have better corrosion resistance caused by oxidation in high temperature environments.

Less oxidation means less opportunity creating extra layer covered on heater, keep heat transfer effectively.

JEDNODUCHÉ A INTUITIVNÍ POUŽITÍ

1. Power

Press this button to wake up the machine and enter standby mode, ready to work, at this time, the Displays will shows the current temperature and the last working process’ set working hours.

2. Temperature Unit Switch Button

Press on “ °C / °F” to select the temperature display unit of the machine. There are two temperature units of Celsius and Fahrenheit
to choose from.

3. Temperature, Time Setting

Press on this button to switch between the temperature and time

4. Adjustment Button + -

Press on (3) to select the temperature or time to be adjusted, then use the “+” and “-” buttons.

5. Start/Stop Button

First Press , the machine starts working.
(wait for target temperature to be reached)
Second Press , the time begins to count down.
(flashing of “ : ”)
Third Press , the machine stops working, back
to standby mode.
