Meet the Machine

Grind up the freshest ingredients effortlessly and in record time with the Heinzelmann CHEF-G. It’s perfect for peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, star anise, nuts and much more. Grinding your own spices means you can maintain a large stock of whole spices longer, without reordering or risking stale product.

All the features you expect and more.

WET AND DRY GRINDING

Apart from grinding the beans, it also can grind the wet ingredients. Use the cross blades to grind garlic, gingers, corns, and pesto.

15s to MAKE GRIND PERFECT

With powerful blades and 350 watts motor, you can grind the desired powder as you want. 6 seconds for coarse powder, 10 seconds for medium powder while 15 seconds for fine powder.

MOTOR PROTECTION

Thermal protection is detecting over-temperature conditions and disconnecting the power to the electronic circuits. The protection prevents fires or damage to electronics components, which may arise due to the excess heat in the power supplies or other equipment.

A agile team player

The Heinzelmann CHEF-G is, of course, the appliance best suited for processing smaller batches of ingredients for a finer grind

Tiny Tummy, Mega Munchies

What makes CHEF-G different?

Compares the Heinzelmann CHEF-G and a normal grinder on torque power and durability. Tests involved grinding 50g of dry lotus seeds at maximum speed for 30 seconds. Torque was assessed by temperature rise at the motor-blade contact point (lower temperature = higher torque). Durability was inferred from heat generation.

Key findings

Heinzelmann CHEF-G: 0.3°C rise (21.6°C to 22.3°C), indicating strong torque and good durability.

Competitor: 28.1°C rise (21.4°C to 50.1°C), suggesting weaker torque and potential durability issues.
